Ingredients

  • Bottom Layer:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsps. onion, grated
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • Middle Layer:
  • 3 ounces horseradish
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • Top Layer:
  • 1/2 pound crab meat, flaked or shredded
  • Chopped parsley
  • Assorted crackers, for serving

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend ingredients for bottom layer and spread on a 12-inch platter.
2. Mix middle layer ingredients together and pour over bottom layer.
3. Spread crab on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
4. Serve with assorted crackers.
5. Red and Green Christmas colors are tasty too.
