Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 T water
- 4 cups pecans or walnuts (1 lb. shelled) cup sugar
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t cloves
- 1/4 nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Mix egg white and water with fork. Stir in nuts.
Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add to nut mixture and mix. Spread on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes.
