Quick spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbs. dried onion
  • 1 6 oz can of tomato paste
  • 1 15 oz can of tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add all the ingredients together and stir. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over vermicelli spaghetti or baked spaghetti squash.
