Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbs. dried onion
- 1 6 oz can of tomato paste
- 1 15 oz can of tomato puree
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add all the ingredients together and stir. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over vermicelli spaghetti or baked spaghetti squash.
Yields 4 servings
