  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 T Worchestire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 T dijon style mustard
  • 1 package gravy mix
  • 2 T snipped parsley
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 T pepper



Step 1

In a large bowl, combine eggs, 1/2 cup sour cream and milk. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, worchestire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Add beef. Mix thoroughly. Pat into 9x5 loaf pan. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven about 1 1/4 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees. Let cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. For gravy, in medium sauce pan, stir together remaining sour cream and dry gravy mix. Add water as called for on package. Cook according to package. Slice meatloaf and serve with gravy.
