Quick Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups torn salad greens
  • 3 oz. frozen cooked cleaned shrimp, thawed (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
  • 1/4 cup chow mein noodles

Preparation

Step 1

PLACE greens on dinner plate.

TOP with remaining ingredients.

Variation
Prepare using KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing and/or chopped cooked chicken or steak.
How to Devein Raw Shrimp
To devein raw shrimp, first remove the outer shell. Then make a lengthwise shallow cut on the outer curve of the shrimp to expose the black vein. Loosen the vein with the tip of a sharp knife, then pull with your fingers to remove.
