Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 2 tsp. cinnamon

Step 1
Mix oil and sugar together. Beat 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients except carrots. Beat 2 minutes. Fold in carrots. Bake at 350 degrees in ungreased cake pan for 50-60 minutes.
