Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 lb (4oz) Velveeta
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 12 Ritz crackers crushed ( 1/2 cup)
  • 1 Tbs butter melted
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven at 350

Beat cream cheese and mayo. Stir in Velveeta and peppers.
Mix crumbs and butter; sprinkle over dip

Bake 20 minutes
Top with chopped onions
