Super Cholesterol Busting Unsexy Cereal

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp organic oat bran
- 1 Tbsp soy protein powder
- 3/4 C water
- 2 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seed or hemp protein powder
- 1 tsp psyllium husks, powdered
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp agave nectar
- 1/2 C frozen blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Put bran, soy protein and water in bowl and microwave on high for two minutes. It will be soupy. Add remaining ingredients and allow to thicken. Other chopped fruit and nuts may be added as desired. Thin with soy milk or water if it is too thick.
