Smoky Bacon Ranch Dip

  • 16 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Seasoning mix
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 5 slices Oscar mayer bacon cooked and chopped
  • Chives for garnish



Step 1

Remove 2 chipotle peppers from the can and dice in 1/4 inch pieces. In a mixing bowl blend the sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and peppers together. Cook the bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels. Chop the bacon into small pieces and reserve a small amount for garnish. Mix the chopped bacon into the sour cream mixture. Eat immediately or place in fridge for a couple of hours to allow flavors to meld together.
