Ingredients
- 2 strips Country style spareribs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can pineapple tidbits w/juice
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cut in after every third rib halfway through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Drain off fat.
While ribs are cooking in large bowl mix remaining ingredients and let stand to blend the flavors. Pour over cooked ribs and bake for another 40-45 minutes basting frequently.
NOTE:
These are better the second day because the ribs have marinated in sauce.
