Salad - Roasted Hazelnut Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • Romaine lettuce 2 to 4 small heads
  • wrap each with 1-2 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 T sherry vinegar
  • 1 1/2 t lemon juice
  • 2 T oil
  • 4 T hazelnut oil
  • 1/2 t mustartd
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1 oz roasted hazel nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Grill romaine and prosciutto roll in the dressing and then drizzel some on top.
