Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 3 eggs (add 1 egg white for softer cookie)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 -3/4 cup golden raisins optional
Preparation
Step 1
Mix and divide into 2 loaves.
Bake 350. 35 minutes.
Slice. Turn on side sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix.
Bake 5 more minutes.
