This simple chutney brings out the flavors of your favorite pork or chicken dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 sliced scallions
  • 1/4 cup dried currants
  • 1 tbsp sherry wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 4 diced peaches

Preparation

Step 1

Combine scallions, currants, vinegar, and ginger. Add peaches. Mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve with pork or chicken.
