  • 3 cups blackberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsps. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 4 Tbsps. butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine flour, sugar, and rind.
2. Add to the berries.
3. Using your favorite pie crust, line the pie tin.
4. Dot with 2 Tbsps. of butter.
5. Pour in berries.
6. Cover with a top lattice crust.
7. Bake in a hot oven (400 degrees) for 15 minutes.
8. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 20 to 30 minutes more.
