Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients
- Spray oil
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp olive or canola oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Spray an 8.5x 4.5x 3 inch loaf pan with spray oil
Combine the wet ingredients (butter,oil,honey,eggs,bananas) and blend thoroughly
Mix the dry ingredients (sugar,flour,baking soda,salt)
Add ingredients to wet ones. Blend.
Bake for 1 hour, insert a toothpick or skewer to test for doneness. If comes out wet, bake for another 5 mi notes, then re-test.
Allow to cool, then slice into 10 evenly cut slices. Wrap each slice in plastic wrap and then place in a Ziploc bag and place in freezer.
