Ingredients
- 3/4 cup melted margarine or butter
- 2 cups graham wager crumbs
- 12 oz peanut butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 12 oz chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl. combine melted butter, crumbs, peanut butter and sugar; beat with wooden spoon or electric mixer until well-mixed and crumbly. Press evenly into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Set aside.
In top of a double boiler, melt chocolate over hot, not boiling, water until smooth; spread evenly over peanut butter mixture in pan. Let stand at room temperature until chocolate hardens. Then cut in small squares.
