Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine Best Foods, peanut butter, chili sauce, and soy sauce in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet; evenly top with Mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with peanuts.
Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
