Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb smaill Brussles sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • salt and papper

Preparation

Step 1

Toss brussles sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on a rimmed baking sheet and roast in a 400 degree oven, flipping once, until browned and tender, about 25 minutes.
