Bean and Corn dip

Ingredients

  • 1 small can sweet corn
  • 1- 14oz can black eyed peas
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 red Pepper
  • 3 jalapeno
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

Strain and rinse corn, peas and beans. Put ingredients into a sauce pan to warm. Put in refrigerator overnight. Drain the next day.
