Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/3 cup celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper sauce
- 6 hamburger buns, split & toasted (if desired)
Preparation
Step 1
1) Cook beef & onion in 10-inch skilled over meduim heat, stirring occasionally until beef is brown. Drain meat mixture.
2) Stir in remaining ingredients except buns.
3) Cover & cook on low heat 10-15 minutes or just until vegetables are tender.
4) Fill buns with beef mixture.
