- 1 CUP SOY SAUCE
- 1 TBS BLACK PEPPER
- 2 TBS GARLIC POWDER
- 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 2/3 CUP OF PINEAPPLE JUICE
- 1/2 CUP OF WATER
- 3 LBS OF SALMON

Step 1
MIX MARINATE AND POUR OVER SALMON AND REFRIGERATE FOR UP TO 12 HOURS
COVER GRILL WITH TIN FOIL AND TURN UP EDGES TO MAKE A BOWL. PUT SALMON IN SKIN SIDE DOWN, POUR IN MARINATE AND GRILL. WHEN MARINATE HAS EVAPORATED OR SOLIDIFIED USE SPATULA TO REMOVE SALMON LEAVING THE SKIN ATTACHED TO THE TIN FOIL.
