Ingredients

  • 1

    cup ripe seeded tomatoes, coarsely chopped

  • 1

    cup mango, diced

  • ½

    cup cilantro, finely diced

  • ½

    cup red onion, finely diced

  • 1

    teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½

    teaspoon salt, or to taste

  • ½

    teaspoon black pepper

  • 1

    Serrano chili, seeded and veins removed, finely diced (I don't use this)

Directions

Mix all ingredients and let sit refrigerated overnight to enhance flavors.
