Cioppino Garlic Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 small loaf French bread, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Rub smashed garlic clove over each side.

Brush the slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and toasted.
