Taffy Apple Salad

Ingredients

• 1 8oz. can pineapple tidbits in its own juice
• 2 medium red apples
• 2 medium granny smith apples
• 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
• 4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
• 1 cup cool whip
• 1 cup mini marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese and whisk in the pineapple juice until smooth. Stir in whip topping and mix. Add pineapples, apples, peanuts and marshmallows.
