Marinated Olives

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasonings
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 3 gloves garlic
- 1 (6oz) jar pitted ripe olives (drained)
- 1 (7oz) jar kalamata olives (drained)
- 1 (7oz) jar pimiento stuffed green olives

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small saucepan, heat oil & crushed red pepper over low heat for 3 minutes or just until warm. Stir in Italian seasoning & rosemary remove from heat.
2. In the work bowl of a food processor, process garlic until finely minced. With processor running slowly add olive oil mixture & process about 30 seconds or until combined.
3. In a large bowl, place olives & drizzle with olive oil mixture tossing to coat.
