Strawberry Pops

Strawberries have folate, a B vitamin that may lower your risk of heart disease.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 5 ounces low-fat evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen cranberry juice concentrate

Preparation

Step 1

Blend strawberries, evaporated milk and cranberry juice concentrate. Pour into wax-coated paper cups. Freeze for about 20 minutes. Insert a wooden craft stick in the center of each cup. Re-freeze for at least three hours. Unmold and enjoy.
