Ingredients

  • 12 oz. pork shoulder
  • 12 oz. pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup canned tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar + 2 tsp.
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar + 2 tsp.
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 medium onion

Preparation

Step 1

Place all in crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
