Ingredients
- Let both soften at room temperature and blend with:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. grated cheddar
- 1 Tbls. Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup beer

Step 1
Form into ball and roll in chopped nuts. Is better after “aging” for a day or two!
Don’t use the finely shredded cheese as it will not firm up.
