Ingredients
- 3 lbs stew meat
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbl olive oil
- 1 cup wine
- 1 cup beer
- 1 cup water
- 2 teas beef bouillon
- 2 teas worcestiershire
- 1 yellow onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 ribs celery
- 2 med potatoes
- 2 carrots
- sage parsley rosemary

Step 1
Preheat oven 350. In a dutch oven brown the meat. Scrape all of the bits and pieces. Add the wine, beer, water and beef bouillon. Put in oven and bake for about 2 hours. Then add celery, carrots, potatoes and herbs (fresh).
