Ingredients
- 2 pkgs Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough (Refrigerated)
- 2 8oz cream cheese (plain or berry), softened
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Set oven temperature to 350
- Slice cookie dough and press into cookie sheet to make crust. Bake as directed on package (8-10 minutes). Remove and cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer (or a spoon!) until smooth and spreadable.
- Spread onto crust and top with finely cut up fruit (i.e. strawberries, blackberries, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, etc)
- Another option is to use a muffin pan with papers, slice the dough and put in bottom of paper to bake, mix topping and put into ziploc bag. Cut a corner and squeeze to frost and add fruit.
