Lemon Jell-o Cake

By

My 12 year old daughter made this cake and it was the best lemon cake I've ever had! We didn't have enough lemon juice so she used 1/4 c. lemon juice and 1/4 c. Minute Maid frozen lemonade concentrate.

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cake mix, Jell-o, oil, water and eggs until moistened. Blend on medium speed for 5 minutes. Grease and flour 9x11 pan. Pour cake batter into pan and bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes. Cool on rack for 15 minutes. Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar until sugar is completely dissolved. Poke holes in cake with a large 2 prong fork. Smooth glaze evenly on top of the cake while warm so glaze will soak into holes.
