Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 (16 oz) pkgs frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 small green peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups cheese cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly grease a crock pot.

Stir together the butter, onions, hash brown potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheese, green pepper, black pepper and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Transfer to crockpot and top with remaining cracker crumbs.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
