    (8.5-oz) boxes Jiffy cornbread mix

  • 1

    (18.5-oz) box yellow cake mix

  • 5

    eggs

  • 2/3

    cup milk

  • 1

    cup water

  • 1/2

    cup vegetable oil

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until combined. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. 3. I sometimes add a little sugar to sweeten the taste.
