Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt ( You can use plain yogurt, but we prefer vanilla.)
- 1 banana (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups ice
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Place in small containers (plastic canning cups, purple lid) into freezer. If you want it the next morning just take out of freezer the night before and put in the refridgerator. The next morning it will be the right consistancy. Or if you want to take it in a lunch, just take it out of freezer and place in lunch container and it will be ready to eat by lunch.
