Cauliflower -Browned Butter and Roasted

Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 3 T unsalted butter
- 1 med head cauliflower
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c golden raisins
- 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
- 1 T capers drained and chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat to 400
cut stems off garlic cloves, wrap in foil and bake 25-30 minutes until soft.
Unwrap and cool, then squeeze garlic out and mash.
In heavy skillet, melt butter and cook over med heat stirring constantly until butter is slightly browned
Place florets in 15x10x1 greased pan and drizzle with browned butter and season .Toss
Roast 15-20 minutes until golden brown and tender
Transfer to bowl and add remaining ingredients and toss to combine
