Curried Chicken Salad

  • 1/3 cup low fat mayo
  • 1 T lime juice
  • 1-2 T curry powder
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • grape tomatoes
  • lettuce
  • avocado
  • cashews

Preparation

Step 1

1. combine mayo, lime juice, and curry powder into bowl and add chicken and tomatoes.

2. top over lettuce and add avocado and cashews.
