Crockpot Beer Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 12 oz. beer
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Cut small slits in various sections of the roast & insert the garlic clove slices. Put in the Crockpot then season both sides with pepper & garlic powder. In a small bowl, whisk together the beer & Italian dressing mix. Pour over the roast. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
