Peanut Butter Fudge

Recipe from Tim's side of family. Matherne family

Ingredients

• 1 tsp coca
• 4 cup sugar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups pet milk
• 4 1/2 tbsp butter
• 12 0z jar crunch p'nut butter
• 1 1/2 cups pecans chopped
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 lb marshmellows

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first four ingredients in large pot and boil until softball stage.
Add remaining ingredients, and stir until marshmallows melt and pull away from pot. Pour immediately into greased ( buttered) pan. Shake pan to smooth. Cut while still warm.
