Ingredients

  • 2 oz goat cheese (1/4 cup) at room temperature
  • 4 large slices whole grain bread toasted and halved
  • 1 red Bartlett pear, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp pecans, toasted and chopped

Preparation

Spread cheese onto 4 slices of bread. Top with pear slices, pecans and watercress. Drizzle with honey. Top with remaining bread halves.
