Step 1

hard boil your eggs then cool,peel,then rainse
cut eggs length wise. put your yoke in bowl an egg white on plate. use a fork an mash yoke till fine.
add your mayo,mustard,salt,an pepper mix well.
taste to your liking. fill mix on to the egg white.
top with paprika then chill till ready to eat
