Teff Salad Dressing and Fruit Salad

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• Fresh Lettuce, romaine or leafy lettuce, washed and spun dry
• Fresh strawberries
• Fresh rasberries
• Fresh blackberries
• Cashew nuts, whole
• 1/2 cup *fig balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 cup *lemon infused olive oil
• 1/2 cup flax oil
• 1/4 cup Xagave
• 1/2 cup whole grain teff, golden or brown your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Wash lettuce and place in a large bowl and top with fruit and nuts. Whisk together ingredients for dressing and pour over salad.
