Drunken Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup red wine

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

Coat chicken with flour. Place chicken in shallow casserole pan.

In saucepan, add tomato sauce, cinnamon, brown sugar, and red wine. Simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour sauce mixture over chicken.

Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
