Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Champagne
  • 8 oz. Absolut Citron
  • 8 melonball scoops of lemon sorbet (Haagen-Dazs)
  • 4 tsp. heavy cream
  • 4-6 Ice cubes
  • Squeeze of lemon or lime

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the first five ingredients in a blender until smooth

Pour the mixture into 4 tall champagne flutes and squeeze in a touch of the lemon or lime.

Serve with a garnish of the lemon or lime.
