Easy delicious made dip without potatoes! I made mine & included 3 cooked and smashed up baked potatoes which gives it the real loaded baked potato taste

  • 1/2 cup(s) light mayonnaise
  • 4 ounce(s) Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
  • 4 scallions, finely chopped
  • 6 slice(s) bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • Accompaniments: potato chips and cut-up raw vegetables for dipping
