Ingredients
- Cinnamon/Sugar Mixture:
- 1 Cup Butter,softened
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Buttermilk or 2 Cups Milk plus 2 Tbs. Vinegar or Lemon Juice
- 4 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Cream the butter and sugar; add eggs. Add milk, flour, and baking soda. Mix well. Pour 1/2 batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Sprinkle 3/4 the cinnamon/sugar mixture over top. Add remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture on top and swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let cool in pan for 20 minutes.
