Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2/3 c evaporated milk
- 3 c sugar
- 1 7-oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1 12-oz pkg white chocolate chips
- 3 t orange extract
- 12 drops yellow food coloring
- 9 drops red food coloring
Preparation
Step 1
Mix margarine, sugar and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. After mixture starts to boil, stir constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallow cream and white chocolate chips. Mix well. remove one cup of mixture and set aside. In the remaining mixture, add the orange extract and the food coloring. Pour in buttered pan. Pour cup of white mixture over orange mixture and swirl. When candy completely cools, cut into small pieces and store in containers.
