  • 3 lbs stew meat
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 2 med potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 yellow onion
  • parsley, sage and rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbl olive oil
  • 1 cup wine
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teas beef bouillon
  • 2 teas worcestershire

Step 1

Preheat oven 350. In a dutch oven brown meat scrape all of the bits and pieces. Add wine, beer, water and beef bouillon. Put in oven and bake for about 2 hours. Then add celery, carrots, potatoes and herbs ( fresh).
