Pate Stuffed French Baguette

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 inch) loaf French baguette
  • 8 to 10 ounces of your favorite pate

Preparation

Step 1

Slice off both ends off the French baguette loaf. Slice the loaf lengthwise almost all the way through. Cut bread into four equal pieces.
Remove enough bread from inside each fourth to form a groove.
Spread the pate evenly on each fourth piece, pushing the pate down into the groove.
Close each fourth and wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
To serve slice into 1/4 inch pieces.
