Pistacio Delight

Ingredients

• 1 small pkg sugar free pistachio instant pudding mix
• 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple do not drain
• 1 can (15 ox) lite fruit cocktail drained
• or
• 2 cups fresh cut fruit
• 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges drained
• 1 container (8 oz) light cook whip
• green food coloring if desired

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl dump pineapple with juice. Sprinkle on dry pudding mix. Stir well until thick. Fold in cool whip and stir well. Add 4 drops of green food coloring if desired. Fold in undrained fruit
