Fried Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients
- 1 can artichokes, in water
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup corn meal
- 2 tsp italian seasoning
- 2 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Coat frying pan with oil and set to high heat
Drian artichokes
Cut artichokes in half lengthwise
Stir up the two eggs
Coat artichokes on both sides in the egg wash
Put together flour mixture of flour, corn meal, and italnian seasoning.
Coat artichokes in flour mixture - coat thick and thoroughly
Drop them into the hot oil and fry both sides
Dry on paper towels
